Do you believe in love at first
sight? If you don’t, I’m pretty sure you’ll change your mind after this post.
The first time I ever saw this new
concept in shoe design I knew we were meant to each other, I held my breath
wishing they were in a reasonable price range and hoping to get myself a pair
of those beauties as soon as possible. It’s just one of those moments when I
said to myself… “we’re really meant to be together”.
But what is so special about these
shoes named “Slipperinas”? Well, just the name makes you think of something
different, something unique and unexpected. A concept created with exquisite
taste from the synergies encountered between the trendy slippers and the classic
ballerinas. Unlike anything you’ve seen before.
The style of these shoes goes
beyond all expectations; a single pair will make you feel (and look) sexy,
classy, chic and comfy; and the outfits that I can think that goes with them are
endless… Skinny and boyfriend jeans, dresses, shorts, skirts, maxi coats and so
on; and for either day or evening look, during winter or summer, you just can’t
go wrong with it. I already knew what my first look will be even before my
first pair arrived.
As in any great invention, there is
always a brilliant mind behind, in this case two brilliant minds. Elena and
Patricia from Muitt Madrid are the
geniuses behind this amazing idea, two young Spanish entrepreneurs with a
common goal; “Create unique items for a
woman passionate about high quality products and committed to Spanish fashion.
The "made in Spain" is a guarantee of quality worldwide”. With
hard teamwork and lots of discipline; they have pleasantly surprised us with
their first collection of Slipperinas. It
blows my mind away how the right design can make your feet and legs look more
attractive and stylish; which is precisely what Muitt Madrid has achieved with their
Slipperinas. Far behind are those days when you had to wear at least 5 inches heels
to look elegant.
The colors, textures and design;
every single aspect taken care to the smallest detail. From pale pink to the
eccentric tile, in suede and/or patent leather, they will be the perfect
complement to some of your best outfits these holidays. I encourage you to make
these fabulous shoes one of your top Christmas presents this year. Trust me
when I say you won’t regret it.
