DREAMING OF SUMMER

After the long and cold winter we all start dreaming about summer and its eternal days of sunshine; long walks on the beach, cocktails by the poolside… and of course, the coolest summer outfits.

I bet you can see yourself walking down the beach, catching the wind in your face... But let me remind you that your beach look is almost incomplete without a flowy and vibrant maxi dress! I am a huge fan of this girly outfit, and cannot help but dig this trend for its sensual appeal. For this outfit for a day at the beach during Spring Break, I went for a Maxi dress of white and navy blue stripes, with a denim vest and comfy Melissa flats to walk over the promenade. Fedora hat and sunnies to protect my face and hair from the sun.

I thin the best thing about the maxi dress is that it can be worn throughout the day. Another great thing is that plump girls are also allowed to wear them. That is the advantage of this sort of dresses. They are a good way of hiding your “problem” areas and they give you the sense of coziness.

The cool and casual maxi dress can be worn by practically anyone. Don’t forget to ensure that it falls on the right spots of your body. Also, if you choose to wear flats then the hem should fall till your anklebone and not below.

Después del largo y frío invierno, comenzamos a soñar con el verano y sus eternos días de sol; largos paseos por la playa, cócteles junto a la piscine ... y por supuesto, los fantásticos outfits veraniegos.

Apuesto a que puedes verte paseando por la playa, con el viento acariciándote el rosto... Pero permíteme recordarte que tu look de playa está prácticamente incompleto sin un maxi vestido vaporoso y de colores vibrantes! Yo soy una gran admiradora de este tipo de looks tan femeninos, y no puedo dejar de llevar esta tendencia por su gran atractivo sensualidad. Para este outfit para un día en la playa durante las vacaciones de Semana Santa, elegí un maxi vestido de rayas blancas y azul marino, con un chaleco en denim y zapatos planos Melissa para caminar cómodamente por el paseo maritimo. Sombrero tipo Fedora y gafas de sol para proteger la cara y el pelo de los rayos solares.

Creo que lo mejor acerca de los maxi vestidos es que se pueden utilizar durante todo el día. Otra cosa  muy positiva es que las chicas más rellenitas también se ven estupendas con ellos. Esa es la ventaja de este tipo de vestidos. Son una buena forma de ocultar tus zonas "problemáticas" y te dan sensación de comodidad.

Los maxi vestidos frescos y casuales pueden ser utilizados prácticamente por cualquier persona. Pero no olvides asegurarte de que la caida es adecuada. Además, si eliges llevar zapatos planos (como yo), asegúrate de que el dobladillo caiga justo a la altura del hueso del tobillo y no por debajo.
